• you have the right to share the photo
• everyone clearly visible in the photo has agreed to be included
• the photo was not taken secretly or without consent
• the photo is respectful, nonsexual, and appropriate for Feel Good Swimming
• the photo does not violate someone else’s privacy, rights, or reasonable expectations

Feel Good Swimming may decline to use any photo for any reason, including privacy, safety, consent, or site-fit concerns.

If you contact us or submit a story, we may use your email address to reply or follow up.

We will not publish your email address.

We do not sell your email address.

If Feel Good Swimming later offers a newsletter or email list, it will be handled separately, and you will be able to unsubscribe.
